Late Cancellation / No Show Policy
We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. However, we understand that unexpected things do happen. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rebook your appointment.
As of 10/01/2024, failing to give at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment may result in a 50% charge. No-shows are unacceptable and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
If you have more than 2 no shows and/or late cancellations in a year, we may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold future appointments.
If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule, as this too is considered a late cancellation/no show.
