Can I make an appointment online?
Yes you can book appointments on our Home Page underneath our Collections Category! 

Do you require deposits to book appointments? 
No deposit is required to book with us unless you have a history of late cancellations or no shows.

How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice. We understand that sometimes things just happen out of our control, so if you have to cancel the same day as the appointment please call us at 540-595-9081. *No Shows are unacceptable!

*If you have more than 2 no shows and/or late cancellations in a year we may require you to pay a deposit to hold your appointments*

How early should I arrive?
Please come 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you are running late please call us at 540-595-9081 to let us know. If you are 15 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Is there a dress code for your spa?
No, come as you are. 

Do you have a membership with special perks?
Yes! You can join our love club for free by purchasing a full price specialty service.  After that you'll receive $15 off of any specialty service plus you will receive $5 off any pedicure. You will be issued a love club punch card which must be presented at check out in order to redeem your discounted service. The only requirement is that you commit to come to our spa at least once each month for any specialty service. You can choose between a 1 hour Therapeutic Massage, any Facial, a relaxing Back Polish or Body Scrub. As an added perk, every 5th specialty service will be free. Please note that specialty services do not include manicures & pedicures.    

*Note that if you do not schedule a specialty service once a month, you will NOT qualify to receive $15 off for the specialty service nor the $5 off any pedicure as it is an added bonus for being a consistent love club member. (You'll lose the free membership and have to resume paying for services at full price)*
